Christian vocation in the Wall Street Journal

Here is a brief report by Rob Moll on the role of Christian faith in the world of business (“Doing God’s Work — At the Office”). He shares the comments of Stanford design professor (and EA co-founder) Dave Evans, who is to speak at the Yale School of Management Christian Fellowship Conference hosted by Christian students at the Yale School of Management.

I was happy to see Pastor Justin Buzzard referenced. And happy to hear the Wall Street Journal say anything about the proper Christian view of vocation. I am, though, just a bit unhappy about the free and feel-good application of a phrase like “co-Creator;” its seems one should be careful to notice there is considerable difference between God’s creative activity and Man’s creative activity. Perhaps “sub-creator” rings more true.
